Implementation:
- Product assessment and selection (also considering other commodity metering, load control and other utility opportunities)
- Design, engineer, procure, implement and maintain metering systems architecture (related hardware, software and communications) for utilities and their customers
Operation:
- Software service solutions including: Data collection (harvesting), web presentment, real-time pricing, complex C&I billing, alarming and notification, on-demand meter reads and summary reporting by email
- Hardware support including: Meter programming, field support and troubleshooting
- Detailed Service Level Agreements (SLA) with penalties clearly identifying the responsibilities of the utility and Rodan
- Complete outsourcing of any or all meter-related functions
